LEBANON: MNCG OPERATORS ENHANCE CIVIL-MILITARY COOPERATION WITH THE LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES

A soldier’s life doesn’t stop at Christmas: Multinational Cimic Group specialists continue to support the population in South Lebanon

Abbasiyah, february 02, 2023

MNCG specialists operating in Lebanon have completed the project for the automation of the differentiation of urban solid waste for landfilling in the municipality of Abbasiyah. The donation, planned and conducted in all phases of execution, from design to final construction, was coordinated by MNCG operators and is part of the intervention of civil and military cooperation projects for civil administration.
Thanks to the contribution of the professional services of Lebanese architects and the contribution of local manpower, an attempt was made to give a further incentive to a country suffering a long-lasting economic crisis which has gripped the Land of the Cedars for two years.

Additionaly, medical instruments, sanitary and dental equipment were also donated to the Qallawiyah municipality clinic and foodstuffs were delivered to the orphanage of the town of Tibnin.
